It is fun and interesting to see how the housing market behaves, and this year is especially fascinating. The National Association of Realtors just released its monthly Existing Home Sales Report that shared that 53% of all homes sold in the U.S. in April stayed on the market for less than 30 days, with an average “time on market” of just 24 days!
