Triangle REview: Booming Housing Market!

Your Triangle Real Estate Market Review.

I’ve been trying to come up with a good word to describe the Triangle Region housing market. I keep coming back to “booming.” And while I obviously don’t want to over-hype what is occurring, I think you would agree when looking at the stats that we are booming, especially this fall. The fall has historically been a second market where activity is far below the fast pace of the spring buying season. But September and October have seen dramatic increases in sales over the previous year. Septem... read more
This article was written by Coldwell Banker Advantage COO Rick Gregory.I guess I have to officially start saying, “ya’all”! Yup, we sold our home in New Jersey and closed on our home in Wake Forest. Now I can focus on the next decision, who do I root for? State, Carolina or Duke? But it does little good in helping anyone interested in entering the home buying or selling process. That is obviously because of the ultra-local nature of real estate. But the report is still interesting. I was most happy to see that we ... read more

Research Triangle Remains Tight Real Estate Market

Posted by Bryan Selser on July 03, 2019 in  Market Update
I moved down to Raleigh last year for a dream job to help lead Coldwell Banker Advantage, one of the nation’s top real estate companies. Having been in New Jersey for most of my life, I always heard how great the Research Triangle is and how it was growing.  Everything I heard was right. My family and I absolutely love it here! And the influx of companies and new jobs continue to power the region’s economy that is having an impact on our real estate market which has fewer homes available for sale t... read more
